Shipping

Heratia ships throughout the United States and internationally. All orders are carefully packaged to protect the rugs during transit.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Most domestic orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping through DHL Express. Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 3–10 business days after shipment.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Heratia is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
